My plans for supper last night was to broil a couple of steaks in the oven. Realizing about 2 in the afternoon that I did not have a marinade I looked in the fridge saw Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic and decided to do a websearch.
So up pops a recipe from Food .com
About This Recipe
"marinade for beef"
Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, need not be expensive
1/4 cup lite olive oil
1 garlic cloves, mashed
pepper, freshly ground
Directions
Mix ingredients and pour over the steak of your choice.
Yummy!!
