Confetti Penne Pasta

Here is a success recipe from the back of a box of Mueller's Penne Pasta.



Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 12 minutes



12 ounce Multi Grain Penne or Rotini Pasta

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tbsp chopped garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder

3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

3/4 cup celery diced

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning ( I used Season All)

2 cups cooked broccoli florets

1 lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breas, diced

1 cup chicken broth




  • Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drian cover and set aside.

  • In a large skille, heat oil to medium

  • Add garlic, red pepper, celery, mushrooms and lemon pepper seasoning

  • Cook until tender, about 5 minutes

  • Add cooked pasta, broccoli, cooked chicken and chicken broth

  • Toss to heat through and serve immediately
