Sausage Casserole

Many moons ago I found this recipe somewhere on a Bob Evans Sausage Label or advertisement. Although I have lost the actual piece of paper where it is written I have it committed to memory.

1 pound sausage ( I use Tennessee Pride if I can find it)
1 package Success Brown Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 medium onion diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 green or red pepper diced

Cook rice according to package

Brown the sausage and onion then drain.

Mix remaining ingredients into casserole dish. Top with a bit of cheese. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.

This simple quick and easy casserole has never had a bad review.
