Cheeseburger Pie

Sometimes you can get the best recipes off the side of product boxes. I got this recipe off of a Bisquick box many moons ago. Then I added the Dry Lipton Onion Soup for my own little twist.

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
1 package dry onion soup

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cook beef and onion until brown and drain. Spread in pie plate sprinkle salt and cheese
3. Stir remaining ingredients until blended and then pour over meat.

Bake 25 minutes.

As always this got a thumbs up from my husband.
