Ham Glaze

Only I would get two hours into baking a ham and realize that I need a glaze in 10 minutes. While I was making cranberry sauce the hubby hit up google and found this glaze on Cooks.com. I had to make one slight adjustment I used tangerine peel instead of Orange. This was very good!!

1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup drippings from ham
1 T. Grated orange peel

Stir together and apply according to the directions on the ham. The ham I used suggested in the last 30 minutes to apply glaze every 10 minutes then to let the ham sit for 10 minutes once it was out of the oven.
