Over Christmas Holiday in Tennessee I found this recipe in "Home and Farm" Fall of 2009, it is a publication by the Tennessee Farm Bureau. They called it the Mystery Crunch unique fudge. My family being full of sweet teeth we all decided to try it out. It received A plus ratings from the entire family even the few in-laws who do not share our love of sweets!!
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
5 tablespoons peanut butter
1 7-ounch jar marshmallow creme
24 saltine crackers, broken into pieces.
First mix sugar and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes. Place remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour hot mixture over them. Mix. Place in a buttered pan. Let cool. Cut and enjoy
