I had a couple of pork chops in the freezer that I put in the frig last night for dinner tonight.
I dug through the cabinet for a spice rub and found a packet of Caroline's Rub, no idea where it came from or how old it was but it had never been open. So I shook it in a zippy through in the chops and plan on using my sqaure Emeril's cast iron grill skillet to do a bit of indoor grilling.
We will see how they turn out.
By the way I went to the Caroline's Rub website and it redirected me to McCormick's. Guess maybe they have been bought out. If you know let me in on it.
