Okay I think this is my first below average review.
I couple of weeks ago as I was going through the frozen aisles of my local Winn Dixie I say the Tyson Frozen Chicken section. I picked up a bag of Diced Chicken Breasts. It said quick and easy and had a couple of recipes on the back with basic items I have in the pantry so I thought what the heck I'll give it a try.
So here is the recipe
1/2 bag (10oz) Tyson Frozen Diced Chicken Breast
1 (10 3/4 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (12 oz) package egg n oodles cooked according to the package
Blend Soup, mil, Parmesan, and pepper in large saucepan. Stir in Chicken. cover and cook over medium heat stirring for about 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve over noodles.
I have to honestly say that I have had Chicken Helper Boxed dinners that were better than this. It also says serves 4 but I really don't think it could be stretched that far.
There is another recipe for the other half of the bag called Italian Chicken and Pasta. I'll let you know how it turns out.
