No real cooking for me this weekend.
My wonderful husband grilled a tri tip steak last night which provided us lunch, too.
I whipped up a quick corn casserole and some southern fried okra and we were set to go.
My plans for tomorrow night are a for a mushroom mozzarella pizza, so check back for the recipe review.
