On the schedule for dinner tonight is a recipe that I got off www.discoverbarilla.com.  Unfortunately Winn Dixie didn't have the Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini so I went for the Buitoni.  Since I am posting early I'll have to comment later on the results.
1 8oz package Three Cheese Tortellini
Porcini mushrooms 10 oz fresh
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, peeled and pressed
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1.  If using dried mushrooms soak for 20 minutes in warm water
2.  Cook Tortellini according to package
3.  In the meantime saute in a medium skillet garlic and olive oil over medium heart for 2 minutes or until garlic turns slightly golden brown.
4.  Add mushrooms saute for 3 minutes over medium heat; remove garlic cloves from pan
5.  Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper.  Simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens
6.  Toss in cooked Tortellini and simmer another 1-2 minutes.  Garnish w/ parsley before serving
