Super Bowl Recipe #3- Crockpot Collards

Just two weeks ago a co-worker brought these collards to a work potluck.

Collards
Ham bouillon
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Water

Tear the collards into smaller pieces and place into crock pot until it is about 3/4 full. Sprinkle about an 1/8 cup of sugar over collards. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a tablespoon of ham bouillon. Next, add 2 cups of water.

Set the crock pot on low for about 8 hours. After about the first hour, stir the ingredients and recover until d one cooking.

This can also be done on high for about 4 hours.

These a GREAT Southern Collard recipe.
