Okay last night I was lame, it was left over night. My husband got the previous recipe of Whole Wheat Penne and I got a bowl of white beans. My white beans are known for being good, but for some reason I thought they needed some OOPH!! So in the frig I found some smoked sausage left over from the penne and sliced it and put it in a skillet and browned it. Finally added it to the white beans and microwaved for 1.5 minutes.
It was could be consider a comfort food. Who knows I might start adding smoked sausage on a regular basis to my white beans.
