Perfect for picnics, family gatherings, and cookouts, this recipe was handed down to me from my mother in law (although I have seen it on the back of a Del Monte Can, too!!) Great because it is best made ahead of schedule and if it is for an outside event you don't have to worry about heat spoiling as you do with anything made with mayo.
1 Can Green Beans
1 Can Yellow Beans (Wax)
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Large Purple Onion (sliced in rings)
1/3 Cup white vinegar
1/2 Cup oil
2/3 Cup sugar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix Beans
Place Onion and Green Peppers on Top
Pour all other ingredients on top.
Refrigerate overnight
