From a planned recipe to a drop back an punt when I didn't have all the ingredients is how my Sunday night dinner meal came about. There is nothing worse for my mood than going to pantry and frig an realizing that you are missing ingredients for your meal that night.
So I opened my refrigerator and pulled out a bag of Bertolli Skillet Meal Italian Sausage and Rigotini. Yes this means I reverted to my old ways of prepackaged meals, but some days it is just worth my sanity. I had picked up this frozen skillet meal at the grocery basically because I had a coupon which made the meal $6.99. How can you beat a meal for two for that price. Not even Taco Bell could beat that.
These packages are perfect for the two of us. Throw a simple green salad on the table and no one would ever know unless they say you cut open the package.
I think I will buy another.
