Okay I cheated for the rest of the dessert that I wanted to take to the new neighbors were chocolate chip cookies. As I started to pick up the items at the grocery I saw the Buy One Get One Free for the Ghirardelli Chocolate Chip Cookies Premium Mix. Who could resist?
These were easy to make and the chips where plentiful ghirardelli dark chocolate. Don't they say Dark Chocolate is healthier??!!
I got two boxes for $2.49 and that was definitely worth the price. The chocolate chips alone would have cost that much if I had gone for homemade.
Forgive me it is hard to break the cooking out of a box habit.
